Background

  • Big liver
  • Caused by infection, tumours, metabolic disorders, drugs

Clinical Features

Hepatomegdaly palpable on exam in a pediatric patient.
  • Palpable (or radiologically appreciated) enlarged liver
  • +/- stigmata of hepatic dysfunction
  • +/- signs of causative pathology
